What Is an Affiliate Relationship?
An affiliate relationship means AIWiseRank has a business arrangement with certain companies whose products or services we feature. When you click a link on our site that is part of an affiliate program and subsequently make a purchase or sign up for a service, we may receive a referral commission from that company. This commission is paid by the merchant (not by you) and does not increase the price you pay in any way.
Which Links Are Affiliate Links?
On AIWiseRank, links to AI tools (such as "Visit Website" buttons on tool detail pages) may be affiliate links. We do not individually label every affiliate link inline, but you should assume that any direct link from our site to a tool's website may be an affiliate link.
We participate in affiliate programs across the categories we cover, including but not limited to: software engineering tools, marketing & SEO platforms, sales intelligence tools, video production software, design & creative tools, data analytics platforms, and productivity applications.
How This Affects Our Reviews & Rankings
It doesn't. Our editorial process is completely independent of our affiliate relationships. Here is how we protect our integrity:
- Data-driven rankings. Every tool is ranked using real Tranco web traffic data and benchmark and review-platform scores, each shown with its source and date , not subjective editorial opinions.
- Rankings are merit-based. Tools are ranked based on testing results, third-party enrichment data (G2, Gartner, SWE-bench, etc.) and real traffic metrics, not on commission rates.
- We cover non-affiliate tools too. Our rankings and comparisons include tools that we do not have affiliate relationships with.
- Negative findings are published. If a tool underperforms in our testing, we report that honestly regardless of any affiliate relationship.
- No pay-to-rank arrangements. Companies cannot pay to receive a higher ranking or more favorable review on AIWiseRank.
- Sponsored placements are labelled. Companies can buy a featured slot (see Advertise). These are always marked “Sponsored”, shown apart from the rankings, and never change a tool’s rank or score.
No Extra Cost to You
When you use our affiliate links, you pay exactly the same price as you would by going directly to the merchant's website. In some cases, we may negotiate exclusive discounts or deals for our audience, meaning you could pay less. Affiliate commissions come out of the merchant's marketing budget, never from your pocket.
Why We Use Affiliate Links
AIWiseRank is a free, independently operated resource. Affiliate commissions help us cover the costs of tool subscriptions, testing infrastructure, website hosting, and the time invested in producing in-depth, unbiased reviews. Without this revenue model, we could not maintain the depth of testing and publishing that makes our content valuable. We are grateful when you use our links; it supports the work at no cost to you.
